ome things you need to know
before attending a C.A.S.T.L.E. Camp
How can I be reached during the C.A.S.T.L.E. Camp ?
Rev. Terry McBride - 574-274-5990 (cell phone)
I’m really busy – can I leave for my practice or rehearsal?
Because the events of the C.A.S.T.L.E. Camp build on each other, and because each participant will be a part of a small group that will meet together throughout the camp period, it is not appropriate for campers to come late, leave early or miss any portion of the event.
What if I have to cancel?
If you have completed the registration process and need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. $20.00 of the registration fee cannot be refunded.
When does the C.A.S.T.L.E. Camp begin?
Snow C.A.S.T.L.E. participants are to arrive at Camp Ray Bird between 6:00pm and 6:30pm on the Friday evening of the camp weekend. We'll eat dinner together after everyone arrives.
Late arrivals, please call – Rev. Terry McBride at 574-274-5990.
Summer C.A.S.T.L.E. participants are to arrive at Hoffman Lake Camp between 1:00pm and 2:00pm on the first day of camp. Snacks will be available and orientation will begin at 2:00pm.
How do I get to the C.A.S.T.L.E. Camp?
Campers must get to camp on their own. Please carpool. If you need help arranging transportation to or from the event, please contact Rev. Terry McBride at 574-274-5990 or terry@michianayouth.org.
